Procurement Operations
- Support the project team in sourcing and purchasing equipment, materials, and services.
- Apply and maintain group procurement policies and procedures, ensuring they remain current and strike a balance between governance and efficiency.
- Ensure all procurement activities are properly documented to support internal and external audits.
Team Leadership & Development
- Coach and mentor the procurement team in executing tenders, RFPs, and quotations to meet departmental KPIs.
- Guide the logistics team in daily supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery to project sites.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure understanding and compliance with procurement guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to address performance and supply issues proactively.
Strategic Sourcing & Risk Management
- Develop sourcing strategies that enhance value across the functional area.
- Review procurement activities to meet audit requirements and minimize operational risks.
- Identify potential pitfalls in procurement processes and implement effective mitigation measures.
Process Improvement
- Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve productivity while maintaining governance standards.

-Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support project and departmental objectives.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences in procurement, team management and cost saving projects in the semiconductor or construction industry.
- Minimum a Bachelor degree
- Ability to lead and motivate team members.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Able to speak and write in English and Chinese as our HQ is from Taiwan.
