Responsibilities:

• Manage daily purchase requests from sales, projects, and operations within budget and timeline.
• Source and assess suppliers for price, quality, and lead time; issue purchase orders accordingly.
• Coordinate with warehouse and finance on goods receipt, inventory, and supplier payments.
• Monitor stock levels, support demand planning, and adjust orders to avoid shortages or excess.
• Liaise with local and overseas suppliers on deliveries, pricing, and terms.
• Work with QC, Logistics, and Product teams to resolve quality or delivery issues.
• Support audit documentation and escalate major supply issues when needed.

Requirements :

• A diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience in procurement or a similar role.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Solid understanding of procurement strategies and sourcing methods.
