Job Description:
  • Handle all administrative duties, including document filing, data entry, and office coordination for ERP.
  • Manage procurement of raw materials, packaging, and supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
  • Process purchase orders (POs), invoices, and supplier agreements.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to track inventory levels and order materials accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and assist with budgeting.
  • Prepare invoices to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry regulations.
  • Any other duties assigned.

Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement and admin roles.
  • Familiarity with sourcing suppliers, handling purchase orders, and inventory tracking.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of food industry procurement is an advantage.
