Role Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations across the APAC region, including demand planning and purchasing.
  • Develop and execute regional supply chain strategies aligned with global business objectives.
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation.
  • Ensure compliance with regional regulations, trade policies, and company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Markets, Finance, Operations, and Customer Service) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain resilience and agility.
  • Manage and mentor local supply chain teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Role Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of supply chain experience, with at least 3-5 years in a regional role within the APAC market, and Food and Beverage industry.
  • Proven experience in demand forecasting, procurement, vendor management, and distribution planning.
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and supply chain management tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrix, multicultural environment and lead virtual teams across multiple countries.
  • Willingness to travel regionally as required.
