Role Responsibilities:
Role Requirements:
- Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations across the APAC region, including demand planning and purchasing.
- Develop and execute regional supply chain strategies aligned with global business objectives.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation.
- Ensure compliance with regional regulations, trade policies, and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Markets, Finance, Operations, and Customer Service) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain resilience and agility.
- Manage and mentor local supply chain teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of supply chain experience, with at least 3-5 years in a regional role within the APAC market, and Food and Beverage industry.
- Proven experience in demand forecasting, procurement, vendor management, and distribution planning.
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and supply chain management tools.
- Ability to thrive in a matrix, multicultural environment and lead virtual teams across multiple countries.
- Willingness to travel regionally as required.
