Working Days: Mon to Thurs 8.30 am - 6.30 pm, Fri 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
Salary: $2,200 - $2,600

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out procurement duties to ensure sufficient stock replenishment for outlets' daily operations
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the most competitive pricing
• Ensure the quality of purchased goods meets company standards
• Maintain and update suppliers' database in Navision, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Liaise with suppliers to build strong relationships and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Support the purchasing team in other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent
• Prior experience in procurement or purchasing is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Navision will be an added advantage
