Working Day: 5 Days work week

Jobs Responsibilities:
  • Handle small-value purchases for all Departments
  • Maintain accurate record keeping and filing of procurement documentation
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support for procurement-related activities
  • Assist in monitoring and tracking procurement requests and approvals
  • Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders for quotations and follow-ups
  • Contribute to other job-related tasks or projects as assigned


Requirements:
  • Singaporean Only
  • Minimum Diploma in any field or its equivalent
