What you'll do:

- Monitor and manage stock levels across domestic, wholesale, and regional channels by analysing forecasts, historical sales data, and re-order quantities to ensure optimal inventory coverage without excessive risk exposure.
- Collaborate with demand planning, sales, marketing, and finance teams to prepare replenishment forecasts and analytical reports that support bottom-up operational plans and facilitate effective S&OP meetings.
- Oversee inbound shipments by coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries that meet outbound demand requirements while proactively identifying solutions for potential stock shortages or delays.
- Analyse inventory data to highlight risks such as excess or aged stock and provide actionable recommendations to relevant stakeholders for clearance or optimisation initiatives.
- Place purchase orders accurately and track shipment progress using global tools; communicate any risks or delays effectively while ensuring all documentation is processed promptly for seamless PO cycles.
- Participate in warehouse activities including cycle counts and annual stock takes; coordinate with logistics teams on discrepancies or damages and provide clear instructions for stock disposal when necessary.
- Maintain master data integrity by setting up new SKUs in various systems (Product Cloud, Connect, JDE ERP) and updating land cost revisions as required; ensure transfer pricing processes are executed accurately in collaboration with finance teams.
- Engage actively in demand review and pre-S&OP meetings with cross-functional partners to optimise meeting processes and align promotional plans with supply capabilities.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly reports covering budget versus actual sales performance, depletion/shipping forecasts, slow-moving/obsolete stock summaries, and action plans for SKU rationalisation initiatives.
- Support digital transformation projects by assisting with the implementation of automated supply planning tools, troubleshooting system issues through root cause analysis, and continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement.

- A degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics demonstrating foundational knowledge of industry best practices.
- At least three years of hands-on experience in supply chain management with a focus on supply planning and inventory management within a retail environment.
- Exceptional organisational abilities paired with strong analytical skills that allow you to manage complexity effectively while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in IT systems including advanced Excel skills; familiarity with stock management or MRP systems is essential while experience with JDE ERP is highly advantageous.
