As a Manager of the Talent Development team, you will be responsible for leading a fully integrated skills-based organization that enables GP to become a highly skilled and future-ready organization. You will require leading a high performance team to effectively identifying, developing, aligning, and delivering skills-centric opportunities in an agile manner to drive talent development and achieve business priorities.
Success in this role will depend on your ability to build strong working relationships with GP leaders, team members, and key customers. You will continually assess business needs and put forward recommendations to enhance talent development solutions. Through strong collaboration with our Global HR Business Partners, you will connect role-based competencies and skills to GP talent management processes, positioning GP as a Preferred Destination where current and future team members choose to work because it is inclusive, engaging, and offers growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate GP Skills-based Organization strategy that aligns with the overall GP vision and priorities informed by an understanding of evolving talent requirements and trends.
- Establish strategic priorities and roadmap aligned with GP's goals, demonstrate an understanding of talent requirements across different functional organizations, cultures and locations, and provide skills-building leadership to enable agile deployment of skills, driving business priorities and career mobility.
- Enable AI development by integrating AI capabilities into GP Talent Development strategies to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary AI skills to drive innovation, efficiency and productivity improvements.
- Serve as an inspiring leader by applying knowledge and provide strategic guidance that enhances talent pipeline development, ensure continuous improvement of skills programs/ initiative, maintain accuracy and quality, meet critical deliverables, align programs with organization priorities, make impactful decisions, handle sensitive information/ communications, and provide long-term recommendations for new programs/ initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships and strategic partnerships through identifying, recommending and implementing scalable talent solutions/ interventiions with customers within GP and across Micron key collaborators to maximize effectiveness and influence.
- Lead and foster high-performance team that delivers consistent and success programs/ initiatives that lead to career growth opportunities.
- Recommend, design, and implement measurement and evaluation strategies to assess impact and outcomes; suggest actions based on data analysis.
- Stay informed of industry skills developments and standard methodologies to inform talent development programs/ initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of five years' experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Human Resources, Procurement, or a related field, including demonstrated leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from an accredited college/university; a master's degree in Human Resources, Applied Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in designing and implementing talent programs and consulting with leaders to identify appropriate development experiences and solutions to improve individual and team effectiveness.
- Strong written and verbal communication and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively engage and cultivate collaborative relationships with individuals at all levels; strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance big picture thinking to define strategy while staying on top of details to translate and cascade strategic vision into actionable plans and achieve priorities.
- Effective people developer with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team in a global and diverse environment.
