RESPONSIBILITIES:
Processing - Purchase Requisitions (PR) via BC (Business Central)
Sourcing & Obtaining Quotation
Processing - Purchase Requisitions (PR) via BC (Business Central)
- Process monthly stock indents and purchase requisitions, and generate Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure accurate and timely completion.
- Oversee daily purchasing operations, including planning, logistics coordination, and supplier engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations team to address purchasing needs and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or cost.
- Escalate supplier-related issues when necessary to ensure smooth and efficient procurement processes.
- Support ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned by the Manager.
Sourcing & Obtaining Quotation
- Ensure full compliance with the company's procurement policies and procedures at all times.
- Assist in sourcing competitive quotations and gathering product samples in accordance with operational requirements and quality standards.
- Foster and maintain strong, professional relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable and long-term collaboration.
