Responsibilities:

• Lead procurement operations across ASEAN.
• Drive cost-efficiency through strategic sourcing and supplier partnerships.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement processes, from need identification to inventory tracking.
• Maintain compliance with HSA, MOH, and international standards.
• Implement digital procurement systems and lead transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical operations and manage stocktake analytics and reporting.
• Ensure formulary review and new drug evaluation.

Requirements:

• SPC-registered pharmacist with 5+ years in pharma procurement.
• Oncology experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation, analytics, and stakeholder engagement skills.
