- Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company policies and ensure accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers to track and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Receive and inspect incoming stock, verify delivery accuracy, and report any issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records in the system, including stock levels and movement.
- Collaborate with warehouse and store teams to ensure proper storage, labeling, and participate in periodic stock-taking activities.
