Job Responsibilities
1.Responsible for the preparation, collation and filing of procurement related documents (Purchase requisitions, RFQs, price quotations, purchase orders, contracts, invoices, acceptance slips.);
2.Assist with purchase order entry, tracking, status update and system maintenance;
3.Answer supplier phone calls and handle basic email correspondence;
4.Maintaining and updating basic supplier information data;
5.Assist in collecting and collating basic purchasing data (order quantity, amount)
Job Requirements
1.Good communication skills, able to effectively coordinate internal and external resources;
2.Familiar with the procurement process, with strong cost consciousness and data analysis ability;
3.Able to deal with supplier relationship independently, with strong problem solving ability;
4.Meticulous work, strong sense of responsibility, good professional ethics and teamwork spirit;
