Duties and Responsibilities

• Support procurement manager with procurement Monthly KPIs and generate reports for management.
• Collaborating with the Quality department and suppliers for RTV related arrangement.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing processes using ERP systems
• Manage RFQ, sourcing, evaluating sources, examine bids and make awards.
• Issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and coordinate with warehouse, production, project, finance and quality teams.
• Resolve supply issues that could impact production timelines, project deadlines or costs.
• Assist in inventory monitoring and reorder planning based on project forecast.
• Performing cost analyses, setting benchmarks, identifying opportunities for cost savings, and implementing strategies to reduce expenses and add value.
• Set up and ensure maintain material, supplier information in ERP system.
• Support Procurement Manager in training junior buyers.
• To ensure vendor performance is controlled
• Perform ad hoc duties as requested

Position Requirements

Education Requirements: Minimum Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Experience Level Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of working experience under direct procurement in precision manufacturing or assembly production environment.
