Job Highlight:

• Locations: Potong Pasir or Tampines
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• AWS & VB

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full spectrum of purchasing activities including sourcing, RFQs, negotiation, shipping arrangements, and delivery follow-ups
• Review and procure materials, components, and equipment driven by MRP
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve any supply issues
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to meet customer satisfaction goals
• Monitor inventory levels and apply stocking rules as set by management
• Liaise with logistics providers for shipment tracking and customs clearance
• Maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality, delivery, and inventory standards
• Handle purchasing documentation including vendor setup, database updates, and PO/DN/Invoice submissions to Finance
• Manage RMA/NCT returns and execute cost-reduction plans
• Analyze Bill of Materials (BOM) and prepare weekly/monthly procurement reports
• Perform ad-hoc duties and prioritize tasks based on urgency

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP/MRP knowledge is an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency
• A proactive team player with high accountability
• Immediate or short-notice availability preferred
• Familiarity with RBA standards is a plus
