Key Responsibilities:

\t• \tManage day-to-day salon operations and ensure high service standards

\t• \tLead, train, and motivate a team of beauticians, nail technicians, and therapists

\t• \tDevelop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer base and revenue

\t• \tMaintain inventory, manage appointments, and handle customer feedback

\t• \tEnsure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all hygiene regulations

\t• \tMonitor staff performance and handle recruitment when needed

\t• \tStay updated with beauty trends, services, and customer expectations

Requirements:

\t• \tMinimum 5 years of experience in the beauty or wellness industry,

with at least 2 years in a leadership role

\t• \tStrong leadership and communication skills

\t• \tKnowledge of skincare, facial, or nail services is a plus

\t• \tAbility to multitask and solve problems efficiently

\t• \tPositive attitude, well-groomed, and customer-service oriented

\t• \tFluent in English (Mandarin or Malay is an advantage)

\t• \tCertification in beauty therapy or management is preferred
