• 8 rest days per month (Required to work on weekends & publi holidays)

Salary

$2400 - $2600

Responsibilites

Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Assess customers's needs and provide assistance, advise and information on product features.

• Welcome customers to the store and answer queries. Provide advices/suggestions to customres who are unsure of childeren's fashion trending/styling.
• Ensure up-sell and cross-sell products. "Go the extra mile to drive sales.
• To ensure the store visual merchandising is impeccable at all times.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Perform stock replenshment/managment
• Receving stock. Arrange stock into the storeroom. Up-keeping/maintaining the storeroom.
• Participation in stock-take.
• Perform cashier duties and basic housekeeping.
• Handle returns of merchandise
• Handle customers' feedback
• Build profucts trust relationship with customers.
