About the Role:

We are looking for cheerful and service-oriented individuals to join our café team. If you enjoy working in a warm and welcoming environment and love pies, we'd love to meet you!

Main Duties:

• Greet customers and take orders at the counter or table
• Serve pies, beverages and other menu items promptly and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining and serving areas
• Handle cashiering duties using POS system
• Assist in basic preparation of food items (e.g. warming pies, plating)
• Top up utensils, napkins, and condiments as needed
• Support restocking and inventory checks
• Pack takeaway and delivery orders
• Assist with closing procedures (cleaning, stock count, etc.)
• Support events or festive sales setups
• Comply with food safety and hygiene standards
• Work as a team to ensure smooth café operations and great customer experience

Requirements:

• Friendly, proactive, and customer-focused
• Able to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays
• Positive attitude and team player
• Prior F&B experience is a plus but not required
• Willing to learn and grow with the team
