Are you a hands-on operations leader with a strong background in logistics and retail support? We are looking for an experienced Product Support Manager to lead and coordinate a large team supporting inventory movement and shelf readiness across multiple airport terminals.

What You'll Do:

Lead and manage a team of 70 Product Support Assistants across day and night shifts in four terminals.

Oversee delivery receiving, stock transfers, customs documentation, and product shelf-floating processes.

Ensure timely delivery to stores, especially for gate hold room stock-ups tied to specific flight schedules.

Conduct regular spot checks to maintain compliance and quality standards.

Plan and manage rosters, recruitment, and resource allocation.

Drive continuous improvements in operations and processes.

What You Bring:

At least 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a fast-paced retail or FMCG environment.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams effectively.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with logistics and inventory management systems.

Flexibility to work varied hours, including night shifts and weekends when required.
