Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed company revenue targets.
  • Team Leadership:
    Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives or account managers. Motivate the team to achieve KPIs and quotas.
  • Business Development:

  • Sales Reporting:
    Track and analyze sales performance. Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Product Knowledge:
    Maintain deep understanding of company products/services and be able to articulate value propositions clearly.
  • Pricing & Negotiation:
    Handle high-level sales negotiations and close key deals. Ensure pricing strategies are aligned with business goals.
  • Market Research & Insights:
    Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to adjust sales tactics when necessary.
