• 02+ years overall working experience is required.
• Working experience in supporting Agile project delivery within banking domain, including regulatory, digital transformation.
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies such as Scrum, sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
• Collaborating with both business and technology leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
• Serve as a liaison between business users, development teams, QA, and senior management.
• Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
• Maintain and track project artifacts in tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.
• Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
