Job Description:

We are looking for a Dyeing Specialist to manage the dyeing process for various fabric types, ensuring high-quality color application and consistency. The ideal candidate will have expertise in dye formulation, fabric treatment, and chemical handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare dyeing formulas and color recipes based on fabric types.
• Operate dyeing machines and adjust settings for optimal results.
• Monitor and control temperature, dye concentration, and processing time.
• Conduct quality control tests to ensure colorfastness and consistency.
• Maintain records of dye batches, chemical usage, and process improvements.
• Work with the R&D team to develop new dyeing techniques and eco-friendly solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.

Job Requirements:

✅ Diploma or Degree in Textile Technology, Chemistry, or Dyeing & Finishing.
✅ 2-5 years of experience in textile dyeing operations.
✅ Strong knowledge of dyeing techniques (reactive, vat, pigment, disperse, etc.).
✅ Experience with dyeing machinery and chemical mixing.
✅ Understanding of fabric behavior under different dyeing processes.
✅ Ability to troubleshoot color variation and dyeing defects.
✅ Knowledge of sustainable and low-impact dyeing methods is a plus.
