Job Summary:

We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented individuals to join our team at The Peranakan. As part of our service crew, you will play a key role in delivering an authentic Peranakan dining experience to our guests through exceptional service and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly attitude
• Guide guests through the menu, explain dishes and make recommendations when necessary
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
• Ensure tables are properly set, cleaned, and reset between customers
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback in a professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
• Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Prior experience in F&B or customer service is preferred but not required
• Passion for food and a good knowledge or interest in Peranakan culture and cuisine
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• A positive attitude, team spirit, and attention to detail
