We are looking for an R&D Specialist to drive innovation in textile materials, fabric treatments, and manufacturing processes. The candidate will research new textile technologies, develop prototypes, and improve existing products to enhance performance, sustainability, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on textile materials, fibers, dyes, and innovative processes.
• Develop and test new fabric treatments, coatings, and finishing techniques.
• Work closely with the production team to implement new manufacturing techniques.
• Analyze market trends and customer preferences to develop innovative products.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers and universities on R&D projects.
• Document research findings and provide technical reports to management.

Job Requirements:

✅ Degree in Textile Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
✅ 3-5 years of experience in textile research, fabric development, or innovation projects.
✅ Strong understanding of textile chemistry, fiber technology, and manufacturing processes.
✅ Hands-on experience with testing methods for textiles (colorfastness, shrinkage, durability, etc.).
✅ Knowledge of sustainable materials and eco-friendly textile production is a plus.
✅ Ability to work on multiple R&D projects and collaborate with different departments.
