Job Responsibilities:
Job Requirements:
- Delivery & Services Quality Management: Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure delivery and services meet the highest ICT industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Business Process Execution & Optimization: Lead as a BPE role in Delivery & Service in the optimization and transformation for local operational processes, ensuring maximum efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and scalability while maintaining compliance.
- Cross-Functional Leadership & Team Development: Manages representative office information and security management framework, responsible for the information security management of Delivery & Service team.
- Data-Driven Decision Making & Digitalization Improvement: Leverage advanced analytics, business intelligence tools, and real-time data monitoring systems to evaluate key operational performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring the business is continuously optimizing quality and operational performance, and effectively operating and managing various knowledge assets, knowledge activities, and improving knowledge sharing efficiency.
- Strategic Stakeholder Management & Reporting: Responsible for the Delivery & Service dept related administrative work, inclusive of providing insight on quality and operation performance, document processing, meeting organization, dept task handling.
- Internal Control & Risk Management: Accountable for managing the risks in the Delivery & Service business, and responsible in the result integrating Company control requirements into Local business processes, and able to build a trusting environment for incident handling, traceability, event investigation, and enhancing the awareness and capability of personnel in the combat field regarding cybersecurity and privacy protection.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in ICT industry in QMS operations and Delivery & Service strategic management.
- Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge: Internal control processes, ICT in carrier & enterprise business unit, KPI performance management, ERP/Meta/CFS/iPFM tools for project finance management & billing management.
- Skill: Proven track record of leading automation technologies & digitalization in a complex, fast-paced environments in a Delivery & Service team of at least 100 people & above.
- Management: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage large-scale projects, and foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate bilingually in Mandarin and English is essential in order to liaise with Chinese speaking head office, stakeholders, counterparts and customers.
