Salary: $2,200 - $3,500

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and seating guests, presenting menus and drink lists, and taking orders accurately and efficiently
• Providing menu recommendations and answering questions about menu items
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
• Delivering food and drinks to tables, ensuring quality and presentation are maintained.
• Handling customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude at our restaurant

Requirements:

• A friendly, positive, and professional demeanour with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure in a busy restaurant
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for presentation and quality
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekend
