JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Control and management of all company secretarial matters in respect of Singapore companies set up by clients including maintenance of correspondence, corporate files and registers.

All regulatory compliance requirements, ACRA/BIZ filings, IRAS e-stamping.

Reviewing and forwarding company mail and ensuring clients are advised.

Conducting client due diligence and maintaining records.

Any other matters which may be required by the Manager in Charge or the Directors

Ensure efficient maintenance of corporate database

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1-2 years of corporate secretarial experience

Knowledge of Companies Act

Ability to converse in Mandarin due to client base

Proactive and ability to work in a team

Chartered secretary qualification is advantage
