Beauty salon sales manager
Comprehensive salary $4000-5000 = (base salary $2600-3000) + commission
After the probation period, enjoy annual leave, sick leave, public holidays, performance bonus, 13 salaries
Monday to Friday 11AM~9PM, Saturday and Sunday 10AM~7PM, 6 days a week
4 days off per month
Location JURONG
Sales & Revenue Generation:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
• Promote salon services and products through various marketing initiatives.
• Manage and track sales targets and commission structures.
•
Staff Management:
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of beauticians, therapists, and front-desk staff.
• Create work schedules, manage employee performance, and conduct performance reviews.
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
•
Customer Service & Operations:
• Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming salon environment.
• Manage inventory of salon products and supplies.
•
Financial Management:
• Oversee daily salon operations, including financial transactions and reporting.
• Manage expenses, track revenue, and prepare financial reports.
•
Marketing & Promotions:
• Plan and execute promotional activities to attract new customers.
• Utilize social media and other platforms for marketing and advertising.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective campaigns.
•
Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of staff, inventory, and financial transactions.
