✔ Assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
✔ Perform basic diagnostics and troubleshooting on computers
✔ Recommend solutions or next steps to customers
✔ Manage the day-to-day operations of the shop, including opening and closing duties
✔ Track and update job status for devices under repair
✔ Ensure proper handling and care of customer equipment
Work Schedule: 4 rest days/month
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
