Responsibilities :

1. In charge of the overall management and profitability of the assigned outlet.

2. Evaluate outlet operations and establish action plans for continuous improvement.

3. Oversee and assist in operational matters.

4. Achieving optimal sales and train a highly effective team into achieving sales targets.

5. Make sure good housekeeping are practiced and maintained at all times.

6. Any other tasks as assigned by the Management

7. Upsell and provide professional hair service, products and treatments to customers

8. Build and establish good relationship with customers

- Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientated

- Able to speak English and Mandarin to liaise with customers
