• Acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, enhancements, and upgrades to effectively communicate with customers and partners.
• Recommend relevant continuing education programs to management.
• Understand cybersecurity principles and possess foundational IT knowledge, including hardware, software, and networking.
• Perform on-site software installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and updates for healthcare solutions.
• Provide both pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers, affiliates, and partners.
• Address cybersecurity-related inquiries and documentation requests from end users.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure optimal software performance.
• Track and resolve recurring issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate service records in the CRM system.
• Deliver end-user training sessions at customer sites or healthcare facilities.
• Provide software and administrative training to affiliates and business partners.
• Develop training materials and resources to support knowledge transfer.
• Perform software interface testing for new applications or products.
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Submit monthly activity reports to the supervisor.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the superior.

Requirements/Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a core laboratory environment with at least 2 years of hands-on IT implementation experience, preferably in the medical industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft operating systems (e.g., Windows 7, Windows 10).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive in managing IT-related issues.
• Willingness to travel overseas for business assignments.
