Job Responsibilities:
Job Requirements:
- Responsible for detailed drawing carpentry work for residential and commercial projects, ensuring alignment with company product systems and technical standards.
- Optimize design details based on customer needs and project requirements to improve constructability.
- Proficient in using CAD to create, review, and revise construction drawings, ensuring designs meet project standards.
- Work closely with the engineering team and on-site personnel to resolve drawing-related issues during implementation.
- Participate in project discussions and provide technical support to improve the connection between design and construction.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or above in Architectural Design, Interior Design, Engineering Management, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in construction drawing/detail design, familiar with company products.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in CAD and other design software, familiar with construction processes and standards.
- Language: Preference for candidates who can communicate in both Chinese and English.
- Other Requirements: Strong teamwork spirit, sense of responsibility, some level of creativity, and ability to adapt to the pace of project design and implementation.
