Bellow is growing, and we're looking for a hungry, driven Junior Creative Producer to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be part of the full creative process, from pitching bold ideas to clients, coordinating shoots, and helping shape content in post-production. You'll work closely with our team of producers, editors, and creatives to bring brand stories to life.

Responsibilities:

• Support the creative development of video concepts and proposals
• Assist in pre-production (storyboards, shoot planning, talent coordination)
• Be present and proactive on shoot days
• Help oversee post-production edits and ensure smooth delivery
• Liaise with clients to gather feedback and align on expectations
• Keep timelines, briefs, and deliverables on track

Who We're Looking For:

• 0-2 years of experience (internship to full time conversion welcome)
• Passion for storytelling and video production
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Able to work across multiple projects and meet deadlines
• A team player who's hungry to learn and take initiative
• Bonus: familiarity with Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro or basic editing workflows
