A leading financial institution is seeking a Senior Loan Syndication Specialist. This strategic role is based in Singapore and focuses on expanding the bank's footprint in syndicated loans across the SEA region. The role covers both origination and distribution.

about the job

• Spearhead initiatives by leading marketing efforts and prospecting to acquire new opportunities for syndicated loans.
• Build and cultivate a network of syndication contacts in the market
• Analysing and mitigating the credit risks of potential borrowers, which includes conducting risk research, due diligence and various risk and financial analysis, revision of credit proposals
• Origination, structuring of deals and negotiation of terms, execution and documenting
• Managing syndication transactions of the Branch

skills and experience required

• Bachelor degree with at least 7-10 years of experience in loan syndication
• Sound credit analysis skills and knowledge of the loan syndication market
• Knowledge of industry practices, documentation standards and regulatory requirements
