This role is integral to their success, and you will work alongside senior members on transactions.

You will be a key player in the entire transaction lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:

• Contribute to every stage of the transaction lifecycle, from initial prospecting, client engagement and credit structuring to final execution and distribution.
• Be actively involved in all aspects of bringing complex financial products to market.
• Perform detailed market intelligence and data analysis to generate strategic insights for the team.
• Develop and prepare compelling, client-facing presentation materials.
• Manage the operational workflow of transactions, ensuring strict adherence to internal control and compliance standards.
• Assist in the allocation and placement of financing facilities with partner institutions.
• Oversee the preparation of all necessary legal and transactional documents while managing internal information flow and reporting.
• Uphold the highest standards of integrity by ensuring all work is in full accordance with company policies and financial regulations.

skills and experience required

• Bachelor degree with at least 2 years of experience in corporate banking with exposure to syndicated loans
• Strong credit analysis skills and knowledge of the loan syndication market
