Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Management of overhaul current warehouse processes and support on e-commerce expansion activities
- Management of warehouse preparations of e-commerce revolution and fulfillment, warehouse operation from inbound, outbound, inventory management and returns
- Supervise and train counterparts to carry out operations tasks to minimum with highest level of quality and efficiency
- Planning of resources, manpower and assets
- Development of team, recruitment of talents, adapt team structure to business evolution
- Develop group cohesiveness, lead and motivate team to carry out daily operations
Requirements:
- Diploma and above in Supply Chain or in a relevant discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in B2C warehouse operations, preferably in general merchandise
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience in a warehouse setting
- Hands-on experience with order management systems
- Good communication, team management, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
