Key Responsibilities:

As part of our Roadshow Sales Team, you'll:

• Engage Prospects: Reach out to and connect with individuals interested in digital marketing education through inbound and outbound channels.
• Consult & Advise: Conduct personalized consultations to understand each client's professional goals, challenges, and learning preferences.
• Course Recommendations: Recommend suitable courses from our offerings that align with their ambitions and career paths.
• Enrollment Management: Guide clients through the full enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from first contact to final registration.
• Follow-Up: Maintain relationships with leads and prospects to support decision-making and drive course sign-ups.

Requirements:

• A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for sales and people.
• Min. GCE O Level or Diploma education.
• Prior experience within B2C sales would be an added advantaged.
