Responsibilities:

• Drive the end-to-end product development of collection management products, from ideation, design, technical development, testing, and roll-out, to post-launch improvements and iterations.
• Deeply understand the operation flow and risk strategy to identify opportunities, gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Leverage AI knowledge to automate the operation process further and improve overall performance.
• Collect and analyze data and user feedback to measure the performance of the product and business, and to feedback into product development.
• Ensure strong collaboration and communication across teams - business, risk team, operations, design, engineering, data scientist team, and customer experience.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing/possesses a Bachelor's Degree and above in computer science, information technology, or engineering disciplines at a reputable university with strong academic credentials
• For fresh graduates, expected graduation by July 2025
• Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience in data analysis, machine learning, or AI-driven projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills, identifying operational or process challenges and translating them into practical, data-backed solutions..
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
