What You'll Do:

• Bookkeeping:
  Record business transactions in computerized accounting systems, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure proper documentation.
• Full Set of Accounts:
  Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and prepare audit schedules (when applicable).
• Month-End & Year-End Closing:
  Ensure timely and accurate closing of accounts.
• Financial Reporting & Compilation:
  Prepare annual financial reports and statements in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
• Corporate Tax Computation & Filing:
  Calculate and file corporate tax returns accurately and on time.
• GST Filing:
  Prepare and submit GST returns while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Ad-hoc Duties:
  Provide accounting support as required.

Who We're Looking For:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, LCCI, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years of experience handling full sets of accounts, including financial reporting and corporate tax
• Computer literate and proficient in XERO (with the ability to pick up other accounting software quickly)
• Strong knowledge of SFRS, corporate tax, and GST regulations
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A self-motivated team player with a professional attitude
