About the Role:
- We are seeking a Junior Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) with strong technical foundations and a passion for driving agile project delivery.
- You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact technology solutions in a structured and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of technology projects using Agile and/or Scrum methodologies
- Assist senior delivery managers in project scoping, scheduling, and resource planning
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA teams to ensure on-time and high-quality deliverables
- Track progress and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards
- Facilitate stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies
- Ensure effective stakeholder communication and alignment across teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline from a reputable university
- Certification in Agile, Scrum, or PMP (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP, PMP, SAFe) is a plus.
