- Process diploma/degree in related field

- Miniumum of 3 years experiences required

- Site Measurement/confirmation

- Produce Bill of Quantity

- Fill in Bill of Quantity

- Progress Claim

- Knowledge of Auto Cad

- ID background is prefered

- Project Management if prefered
