Role Overview:

Capture and edit video footage for real estate, personal branding, and music clients, focusing on spotlights, shorts, listings, talking heads, podcasts, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, film, and do baseline editing
• Work with the video editor to achieve the required results.
• Independent in handling real estate Photography/Videography/360 virtual shoot and post-production for each project.
• Handle equipment, lighting, audio; manage on-location logistics.

Requirements:

• 2+ years videography experience.
• Proficient in cameras, audio gear, Matterport.
• Portfolio in real estate, podcasts, short-form videos.
• Diploma/Bachelor's in Film/Media preferred.
