Job Description

• Leading margin financing operations, including credit policy formulation, exposure reviews, and limit setting across client segments.
• Driving end-to-end transformation of manual credit processes, introducing automation and workflow tools to increase efficiency and transparency.
• Managing escalations related to client exposures, outstanding balances, and contra losses while ensuring alignment with internal risk appetite.
• Acting as a primary contact for internal stakeholders and regulators on credit and trading-related matters.
• Mentoring and uplifting a lean team of junior and mid-level credit professionals, fostering a performance and change-oriented culture.

The Successful Applicant

• At least 10 years of experience in credit risk or margin financing within a brokerage, private bank, or FinTech platform.
• Proven experience leading operational or credit transformation initiatives in legacy or manual environments.
• Familiarity with trading exposure management, securities financing, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on, analytical mindset with the ability to balance risk control and business partnership.
