Job Scope

* Issue invoice to client & Data entry using MYOB Software

* Check worker attendance and update Infotech

* Calculate workers' payroll monthly.

* Arrange workers dormitory & Medical checkup

* Register course for workers

* Update workers work pass expiry date

* Order stationary

* Stationary & Pantry item upkeep and purchase when stock low

* To assist in company annual event

* Any ad hoc task assigned by superior

Requirement :

- Chinese speaking preferred.

- 5.5 day work with alternate Saturday off.

- Minimum 2 yrs working experience.
