We're looking for a Call centre representative to join our team, managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. Job Descriptions
- Manage incoming calls and Islash booking system in a timely manner and accurate manner. Maintaining zero calls and I-slash bookings & enquires on a daily basis.
- Attentive to customers' needs and provides accurate information with our monthly promotions and to secure and maximizes bookings and reservation for new and existing customers.
- Ensure accurate bookings of reservations for treatment, consultation, cancellation, etc.
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information and be updated with our monthly promotion, and ensure information provided for our customers are accurate.
- Follow-up on customers' complaints and feedback.
- Support the daily operation and administrative duties such as responding to emails, SMS and any online enquires etc.
- Any other operational duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Able to converse well in English
- Good verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Dedicated to helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) will be an advantage to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base, internal operations and department.
- Friendly and professional in handling our customers enquires, bookings and complaints.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
Other Information:
- Workdays : 5 work days (Able to work on weekend)
- Work hours : 10am to 8.00pm (Mon - Sat) 10am-7pm (Sun)
