We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on professional to join our Test & Measurement team in Singapore. This hybrid role blends technical servicing with customer support and sales coordination. What You'll Do:

• Prepare and inspect instruments for rental or sale following established procedures.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair test and measurement (T&M) instruments (e.g., signal analyzers, power testers).
• Provide technical phone and email support for hardware/software issues.
• Coordinate with sales on quotations, order processing, and follow-ups.
• Handle inbound/outbound logistics of rental units.
• Assist in customer enquiries and ensure smooth rental or sales transactions.
• Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets and service excellence.
• Keep clear documentation and communicate with internal teams.

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Computer/Telecom Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar technical servicing/support role.
• Solid knowledge in handling or calibrating T&M equipment is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-driven, customer-focused, and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Willing to travel locally when needed.
