Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager (M1-1026)
Location: Temasek Blvd
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00am to 5:30pm)
Salary: 4,000 - 5,500 (negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and secure new B2B customers in the food manufacturing sector.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and emerging trends in plant-based meat ingredients, additives, and other food chemicals.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal sourcing teams.
• Follow up on groundwork already done for certain product segments.
• Work closely with global suppliers and partners to source and match products according to customer requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with clients and suppliers.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.

Requirements:
• Proven sales experience (minimum 2-3 years) in food ingredients, food additives, or B2B food chemical sales.
• Strong hunter mentality with ability to work independently and develop new accounts from scratch.
• Able to understand technical product details and match them to customer needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
