Summary:

• Basic salary from $2000 - $2200
• Location: Pasir Panjang

• 12 hours rotating shifts (7:30am to 7:30pm and vice versa), High OT!!

Job Scope:

• Assist to manage company overall operations
• Monitor all PSA work orders and interact with Technicians on the work processes
• Attend to customer queries via email or phones
• Interact with shipping lines on operations
• Detail job specifications to Maintenance & Repair technicians to ensure smooth repair of malfunctioned reefers
• To arrange for necessary spare parts
• Assist to update e-Depot, e-MNR System and shipping lines MNR System and billing submission
• Other duties assigned by company

Job Requirements:

• Candidates with Admin Experience or ANY other related experiences are welcome to apply
• Entry level is welcomed to apply, training provided.
