Key Responsibilities
Cargo/Parcel Tracking & Monitoring
• Track and trace shipments in real-time using logistics systems .
• Identify delays or exceptions (e.g., missed deliveries, damages) and escalate promptly.
Reporting & Documentation
• Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports on shipment statuses, delays, and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of exceptions and resolutions.
Exception Case Management
• Investigate and resolve delivery exceptions (e.g., rerouting, customer complaints).
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouses, and clients for timely follow-ups.
Ad-Hoc Support
• Assist with urgent dispatch tasks, route adjustments, or administrative duties as needed.
