We are looking for energetic, responsible and committed individuals to join us. Willing to travel to clinic locations at Parkway East Hospital Clinic, Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital Clinic or Farrer Park Clinic.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Attend to patients and perform front-desk duties such as patient registration, appointments, billing/payment collection, coordinate procedure schedules.
• Perform administrative duties such as insurance/medisave claims, maintain filling system, maintain accounts settlement, stock taking.
• Assist doctors during consultation and clinic procedures as required (e.g. chaperoning)
• Training will be provided. Enrolled nurse welcome to apply.

Requirements

• Good interpersonal and communication skills. Compassionate to patients.
• Responsible and accountable.
• Team player.
• Experience in customer service setting will be an advantage
• Able to commit to 5.5 day workweek, with alternate saturdays off when manpower covered.
• Comfortable with deployment among 2 clinic locations when required, flexible to travel to private hospitals and day surgery centres with doctors.
