Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor PSA work orders and coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer inquiries through email and phone promptly
- Liaise with shipping lines on operational needs and updates
- Assist in managing spare part arrangements and job assignments to M&R technicians
- Update job records in e-Depot, e-MNR, and billing systems accurately
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Secondary 4 or ITE (technical field preferred)
- Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn
Working Schedule:
- 5 to 6 days per week (depending on schedule)
- Shift timing: 7:30am - 7:30pm and 7:30pm - 7:30am (rotating)
- Sunday and Public Holiday: x2 OT Pay
